AQD

AQD is a project in the field of real estate sales and rentals in the UAE and one of the most enjoyable technical challenges we have faced recently. We focused on spectacular visual presentation, dynamics, and conveying scale, as the client provided high-quality video materials and renderings of the properties. Particular attention was paid to animations, smooth interaction, the appearance of headings, and the fluidity of the site (stretching to the edge of the screen).

The project continues to scale — from a landing page, it transforms into a full-fledged showcase website with a catalogue and pages for individual objects, allowing for seamless expansion of functionality without losing the overall style and presentation level.
